Are LA Color and LA Girl cosmetics any good?

I saw their make-up on CherryCulture and it's very cheap and trendy... I wonder if it has any quality or if it's just crap!





Also, do u know if CherryCulture.com ships to Europe? Are the shipping taxes expensive?
